International Standard Shipping
- We use the most affordable shipping option available through Priority Mail International.
- Order processing may take up to 3–7 business days after receipt.
- Delivery times may range from 15–30 business days, depending on your location. (Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays)
- This shipping method does not deliver on Sundays or holidays and does not include a guaranteed delivery date.
- Due to varying international customs procedures, Pen UltraX cannot be held liable for packages once they have left our warehouse.
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their local authorities.
- If you experience tracking issues or do not receive your package, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- In certain cases, we may require a signature upon delivery based on the total value of your order.
